unreported exception java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException; must be caught or declared to be thrown

Need a way to either do one of:
1 - Add it to the method throws
2 - Add it to the existing try, creating one if it does not exist
3 - Add it to a nested try, if an enclosing try already exists
