Rename "frontend" tag to "UI" #39

Wondering if it would be provide some clarity if we renamed the "frontend" tag to "ui". "Frontend" could easily be misconstrued for "code". For example, Harry's CSS Guidelines was tagged with both "frontend" and "code", when in fact it deals purely with code semantics.

Definitely don't want to be that guy, but it's probably a good idea to clarify this stuff while we're still early on.

You're not being that guy – I'd rather be thinking about this now than further down the line.

I thought frontend could cover basically everything, and I like UI as an alternative. At the moment, I've used "pattern" to kindof mean that.

I'd tag Harry's guide "code", and "ui" works (even though I usually say pattern library). Might change that.
