Space in path prevents mocha from running #202

A space in the VELOCITY_APP_PATH prevents mocha from starting.

The full path to my project is: C:\Users\User Name\Dev\Project

See the mocha.log below:

'C:\Users\User' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
