RDF for PublicName Resolution

ℹ️ Summary:

This RFC looks to enhance the domain name system by using a resource description framework.

I (or maybe even we but less so) sounds a bit off being used in the RFC given there's no author(s) section. So either add author(s) like in these for e.g., or construct sentences without such prepositions.

A few points for the demo here:

  1. typo in schema within Resolvable and FilesMap - currently: joshuef.sschema ah the actual repo does say sschema in github so i guess that's fine then.
  2. (This might be me understanding it wrong) - the file-content for FileItem index.html should be safe://somewhere.mypubname/index.html OR safe://mypubname (I'm not sure about the latter but I'm thinking the absence of tokens is first going to resolve to the default ResolvableItem thisxorurl#somewhere which is going to further resolve to the default FileItem index.html.

type tag here should be 15000 (or 15001 according to the pictorial representation inline ?)
