Drivers/setting it up on an Ubuntu Server with Home Assistant?

Hi, I want to use the nRF52840 MDK USB Dongle on an Ubuntu Server with Home Assistant for its thread capabilities. However, I can't get Home Assistant to recognise the dongle or do anything with it -- are there drivers I can set up on the command line in SSH in Ubuntu to achieve this, or anything else I can do?

When I ran it in a python virtual environment on my MacBook the dongle provided all these capabilities, I just don't know how to achieve the equivalent for the ubuntu server!
