I understood that in settings.py you could set config for a map like crs and spatial extent. I have multiple maps on a page with different crs. Is it possible to configure these different maps with django-leaflet?

Hi LKajan!
Indeed, this is a limitation, and it would be great to be able to override global settings for individual maps (thought template tag parameters for example)... but it is not possible yet :)
Would you like to contribute this ?
