custom filter using multiple category filters not working

Incorrect behaviour

When I try to make a custom filter using 2 or more category filters in the UI, MAME doesn't display the 2nd (or more) category filter.
I report this issue because I don't know if this is limited by design or a bug.
In case this is limited by design, I would like to know why this decision was made because I think combining category filters can be really usefull (and is nothing more then intersecting both category filters).

Expected behaviour

I expect a custom filter to allow 2 or more category filters.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a custom filter
2. Add a first category filter
3. Add a second category filter and see this second one is not applied
