Opening a document with gaia doesn't load the document.

First of all, saludos. Loving this project.

When you try to open gaia with an open document (right click in file explorer -> "open with..." -> gaia, associating gaia with markdown documents and opening them, launching gaia document.md in a terminal, etc) gaia opens normally, but the document isn't loaded. The only way to open a document is to open gaia first and then inside it opening the document via the inbuilt file dialog
