[Bug]: Bad position of Go to top button

What happened?

Having "Go to top" button in the navbar makes no sense and is one of the bad UI examples. The purpose of this button is just to go the top of the page in one go, so there is no point of having it from the top page only.

I would like to fix this by removing the "Go to top" button from the navbar and keeping it at the bottom of the page towards the bottom right corner.
