There have been a number of questions about the
icon-colorproperty mapbox/mapbox-gl-js#1817 mapbox/mapbox-gl-js#1594Given that sdf icons are not supported by Studio and there is no easy way to generate them, we should hide
icon-colorandicon-halo-colorfrom the documentation completely to avoid confusion.ref #97
