[Windows] Adding datasource from root of C drive failing

Using Mapbox Studio 0.2.7 on Windows 7.

For ease of importing I just dropped a .geojson file I wanted to upload at the root of my C drive, eg C:\foo.geojson. Importing there failed with the error "Error: Error obtaining layer names". As soon as I moved the same file to a deeper directory the upload went through fine. Had the same error with a .csv file I tried to upload as well. Not sure if OS specific.

Thanks for the report. I think @BergWerkGIS diagnosed the cause the other day, but I'm not clear on what the needed fix is. /cc @BergWerkGIS - is this ticketed yet?
