language support for raster tile #1922

Hello Mapbox developers,

Does raster tile API have a language parameter?
The image requested has mixed languages burned on. A little weird.

OpenStreetMap use localized text for each country.

The Request URL is https://b.tile-cyclosm.openstreetmap.fr/cyclosm/{z}/{x}/{y}.png

So can raster image support language parameter, or can the text be on a seperate raster layer?
