Drop `npm run create-image` #72

Maybe we should drop npm run create-image and all the scripts related to it.

It needs a Mapbox Access Token
It needs to clone mapbox-gl-js
The results are often useless
It makes contributing to the examples more difficult

I think the very little value it brings (if ever) is not worth the effort to migrate it to maplibre.
