I would like label/logic based mappings between XPO and HPO.
We have been working on manual mappings between key high level terms from both HPO to XPO and XPO to HPO, we have also been mapping more granular terms on the basis of specific diseases modelled in Xenopus.
We are interested in seeing what correspondences automated label/logic based mappings and possibly how those are changed or supplemented by the manual mappings we are providing. We are also interested in comparing mappings between terms created using design patterns and terms produced more traditionally.
Our ultimate goal is to use these mappings to aid in visualizing Xenopus phenotype data in the context of human phenotypes and diseases.

Thank you @malcolmfisher103 - I will take care of this right after the SSSOM workshop on the 3rd of September! We should have a meeting right afterwards!
