Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The purpose of zooming in on a tile is to get a differnet view of a feature you're unsure about. Currently the decision colour layer (yes/maybe/bad-imagery) obscures imagery when zoomed in on a tile.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please Hide the Decision Colour Layer when Zoomed in on a Tile, so the imagery can be viewed directly. The words could still become visible, when the cursor moves within the tile boundary. The words aren't as obtrusive, because the go away if you remove the cursor from the tile area.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Changing the decision to "no" to be able to see the imagery, and then making a decision again.
