More precise Seattle bounding box

The Seattle bounding box covers not just Seattle, but also Everett, Olympia, Victoria, and many other areas.

I suggest the bounding box of left=-122.48 bottom=47.41 right=-122.16 top=47.79

This is Seattle, but also includes up to the King County north border, the I 405, and the airport.

If you want to include Greater Seattle, left=-122.6 bottom=47.1 right=-121.7 top=48.1 covers it, Marysville, Tacoma, Bellevue, Redmond, Sammish, and goes up past North Bend.

The current box includes Centralia, Aberdeen, and Mount Vernon.
