Nogales and/or Matamoros

Good afternoon Mapzen,

Is it possible for me to get some osm data (imposm shp) for either Nogales, Mexico or Matamoros, Mexico? I would eventually need both if possible, Nogales being the priority.

This is my first data request, how long of a turnaround does something like this usually have?

I will likely have other requests in the future as well. Is it best for me to request via the "Issues" tab or is it better thru the "Pull requests" tab? What is the difference?

Btw, I love your site! It's extremely helpfull! :)

I just tried the new feature but the map isn't loading on my computer. If it was working on my computer, would I be able to use this tool to request new cities that are not currently available on Metro Extracts? Or is this tool only for data that is already listed?
