Menu closes when focus changes to embedded form

The menu will close if the focus changes in an embedded form (form embedded in the mega menu), either clicking on a field or the browser trying to popup content prompts. also if a submit/clear button is clicked. Makes ajax forms (login) difficult.

Need a method to close the menu on some click events, but not on others.

if u have time make a PR, i really cant deal with this repo ATM, probably will fix all issues in few months but if u want to help i will appreciate it

Not sure how to pull/contribute. pretty far down the road here form me to abandon what I have done so far. but will send you any changes/fixes I make.
Also - I was looking for a simple & clean mega meng to use with the foundation (6) framework as their menu system has gone to hell. this one works fine, but the .menu class conflicts with foundation's menu classes - I had to change it (yours) to .mega-menu - just a suggestion.
