Moving linked challenges and visions to same place as Solutions

This was briefly discussed with Santonen and the decision wasnt very clear.

However, if this is changed this way, the linked challenges and visions in content view should be moved to where the solutions are (bottom of the view) to make the page more consistent.

I just put this in here so it wont be forgotten.
