No caso do ices2 e de demais softwares que precisam do libshout (provavelmete a única exceção é o icecast2):

$ export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=${HOME}/lib/pkgconfig; ./configure --prefix=${HOME}

Isso depois de ter compilado e instalado o libshout.

OBS: eu tive que usar um servidor da Feral Hosting de 1TB como armazenamento remoto para o ices2.

Isto implica em custos adicionais porque o servidor da Vultr só tem 25GB. Inclusive eu migrei o nó IPFS pra lá também.

Não que tenha gente ajudando a pagar Tóquio, mas só pra lembrar.
