In my setup, the goal metrics are zeroes in the table at Goals > Overview > Goals by Referrers: Campaign Names with the ‘Display a table with Goals metrics’ visualization. The same applies to these tables for each goal.

It's suspected to be a bug, because the zeroes are inconsistent with these workarounds:

  1. When I open the segmented visits log for a campaign that I know has conversions, I can see that Matomo has picked these up, including the revenue.
Looking at the visitor profile for one of them, I see that some of the goal conversions happened upon the first visit, ruling out that it’s an attribution issue with first/subsequent visits.
  2. When I create a segment with the campaign name in the conditional, the conversions and their values are shown in the Overview (but still not in the table under 'Campaign names').

Screenshots at the Matomo forum

I use Matomo v4.12.3 and the Marketing Campaign Reporting plugin v4.1.3.

Hi @kslstn Thank you for taking the time to try the forum and create this issue. I think I was able to reproduce the issue, but I'm not positive. Anything you'd recommend @AltamashShaikh or should we mark this issue to be prioritised?

@kslstn We have added this for prioritisation so that our product team can check and schedule this issue.

To follow up on this: the table at Goals > Overview > Channel type seems to contain wrong numbers (not just wrong zeroes). It's like conversions are assigned to the wrong channel there. The totals add up correctly though. When I check the numbers via segments for each channel type, the numbers add up too. That way I can also verify via the segmented visits log that actual conversions took place.
