Rather than depend on https://github.com/turt2live/matrix-bot-sdk's components directly, we'd like to fork the useful bits of the project and continue to maintain them in-house.

Components we'd like to merge in are:

MatrixClient/EncryptedMatrixClient
SynapseAdminClient
DM functionality
Encryption functionality
Models

We won't be using the Appservice class for the most part, instead continuing to maintain matrix-appservice-node.

This may have to be done in a piecemeal fashion.
