Requires #740

iOS platform code should be updated to use latest changes from Rust properly.
Tests around displaying Pills properly in Plain text mode needs to be fixed:

matrix-rich-text-editor/platforms/ios/example/WysiwygUITests/WysiwygUITests+PlainTextMode.swift
