Provide a setting to turn off daily reminders

It is great that the todo plugin has reminders, but in some cases, the reminders aren't necessary, or the frequency of the reminder should be something different than 1 day.

As a feature request, it would be great if we could

• turn off the reminder bot in the system settings
• allow to set a time interval for when the reminders are sent.

If would be even better if we could configure these per user or per team!
