Please add links to places where people can find experienced help for customization of their template

I really suck at customizing these go template fragment files, and would rather have someone else come up with a more professional looking design. I wonder where all of you get help? Surely you're not all web designers?

I've realized I have bigger problems, it's not just upgrading castanet that breaks everything, but also upgrading hugo (on its own) breaks everything. So I would have to first find a hugo specialist to upgrade hugo to the latest. Then I would have to find a castanet specialist to upgrade the castanet template.

So some basic info on where to hire hugo peope, and template customization people (for castanet) would help.

At this stage, I've come to terms with leaving everything as is, and am considering switching to something else entirely, it's a lot more work to maintain than I'm comfortable with. But knowing where help is available might make others feel more confident in choosing hugo + castanet.
