Dependency on time crate in "Duration"

It would be nice if the Duration struct could also accept a single u128 or whatever which will be parsed as seconds and into "time" internally. This way not every user needs to depend on the time crate.

I'm a bit confused: are you referring to the way time is used when setting the session expiry? If so, that relates to tower-sessions.
