How to use prisma migrations in tauri

I am new to the tauri and rust ecosystem.
I couldn't wrap my head around how I could run a migration when changing the prisma schema.
I have read the prisma client rust documentation but because it is different from the Next.Js version where I use the CLI, I couldn't understand the workflow.
