Allow Ctrl/Cmd + W to close window as long as all open tabs are not pinned.

Note that Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + W appears to work more universally and reliably. It's independent of whether any tabs are pinned. It may help toward preserving unpinned open tabs (though that requires additional options to be enabled).

A change of habit.
