[Question] Use bracket based handicap system

I understand that bracket is a category of players like Professional or Student.

But in the General tabs of the Settings page (admin panel), what is the Use bracket based handicap system and how does it works?

So yeah, that's not really documented anywhere, good catch. It grants a configurable number of hints to each bracket. For example, the professional bracket only gets one hint, where the college bracket gets two.
