Support for Pebble Time 2 #41

The Pebble Time 2 will have a larger display: 200 x 228. Some changes come to mind:

JavaScript: update hard-coded references to 144 pixels (for determining amount of data to cache/send, and showing feedback when changing point size on config page)
C: conditionally allocate more space for the AppMessage inbox, AppMessage data, graph data on the Emery platform
Layouts: make sure the default layouts look decent on the Time 2; maybe have separate preview screenshots or even separate defaults for that screen size
