Many SVG attributes seem to lack spec URLs; see mdn/content#35501

Go to mdn/content#35501 and check the preview for some pages. For example, https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/blob/main/svg/elements/animate.json doesn't have spec_url for many attributes.
