Fix logstash image #38

The logstash image that is being pulled from Docker Hub uses hard coded configs for couchdb and couchdb_sentinel. This should be changed to the updated version that uses the environment variables to create the required configs per database.

I have pushed a new image that has medic as the default configuration instead of couchdb so that should unblock some of the failures experienced in setting up the BRAC instance.
