Request about supporting FFmpeg Android build

Hello there. We a startup team want to use build.rs to build FFmpeg for Android. But we encountered a lot of problems and failed. It will be great if someone can help to add supporting FFmpeg Android build to build.rs. @hatzel @barzamin @geovex @bacek
