Issue description

Pretty much....the multiblock Tanks are having entities spawn inside...so maybe fill it with somethingf that'll kill them? or something?

Steps to reproduce

Build a Multiblock Tank
Then they'll spawn inside eventually

Minecraft version

1.21.1 (Latest)

NeoForge version

N/A

Mekanism version

10.7.0 (Latest)

What mobs specifically are spawning inside of the tanks? This should already be a thing.
