QIO Exporter Has Problems With Stacked Items

Issue description

When we are trying to export some stacked items from QIO into an inventory that accepts only one item at a time (in my case hohlraums and a chemical tank filled with d-t fuel), the exporter will simply not work. If you insert empty hohlraums into your QIO one by one, it works fine.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place an inventory that accepts only one item at a time.
2. Try to export valid items into it with a QIO Exporter.
3. See that the exporter isn't going to export anything.
