`exchange.getRequestURI()` should be renamed and usages checked #760

e.g. URLNormalizerInterceptor most probably does not expect the method to have the implemented logic.

probably

exchange.getRequest().getUri() should be used instead (in URLNormalizerInterceptor)
getRequestURI() should be renamed to getRelativeOriginalUri()
