Legacy, unfinished, forgotten interceptors should be removed.

Possible candidates:

ApiKeyCheckerInterceptor
AuthHead2BodyInterceptor
CacheInterceptor
DecoupledEndpointRewriterInterceptor
MethodOverrideInterceptor
SPDYInterceptor
TestServiceInterceptor
WADLInterceptor
WsaEndpointRewriterInterceptor

Note: Some refactoring might be necessary for some of these, as they were included in tests/other components.
