[Feature request] Persistence Docker

Would it be possible to look into mapping a volume (-v) for when using the self hosted docker version?

This would allow, amongst other benefits:

• nodes to saved across sessions
• messages to be persistent across sessions

I second this as well.

Just bought some Heltec's to run at home and remote. And I would like to be able to connect to them from the WebUI and not have to retype the IP each time.

Currently there is no persistence layer for the web UI. Feel free to open a pr if you want to start tackling this.
