Source: #144, #150

Source adoc: https://github.com/metanorma/mn-samples-iso/tree/main/sources/international-standard

aa-annex-a.adoc:

[%inline-header]
[[AnnexA-2-1]]
==== Sample divider,

consisting of a conical sample divider or multiple-slot sample divider with a distribution system, e.g. "Split-it-right" sample divider, such as that shown in <<figureA-1>>.

Docx:

Resulted Docx->adoc:

*A.2.1* *Sample divider,* consisting of a conical sample divider or multiple-slot sample divider with a distribution system, e.g. “Split-it-right” sample divider, such as that shown in <<figureA-1>>.

The reason: in docx, clause number/title have "Body Text" style.
