missing method to convert cf-json "directly" to pandas

At the moment, the only direct cf-json "import" method converts to netCDF. I think a corresponding method to convert to pandas would be very useful, especially since "diskless" netCDF object creation was still experimental last time I checked.

This could of course be just be small convenience function converting from some common intermediate format (xarray? dict?).
