Hi
When I used the bayescan to analysis my dataset, and get the error: Segmentation fault (core dumped).
bayescan2 BayeScan_input.txt -od . output -threads 16 -n 5000 -thin 10 -nbp 20 -pilot 5000 -burn 50000 -pr_odds 100 -out_pilot

This is my part of BayeScan_input.txt:
[loci]=13287742

[populations]=10

[pop]=pop1
1 8 2 4 4
2 8 2 6 2
3 8 2 3 5
4 8 2 8 0
5 8 2 8 0
6 8 2 8 0
7 8 2 8 0
8 8 2 4 4
9 6 2 6 0
10 8 2 8 0

Is it because of too much data?
Thanks.

Hi @YYY666-wang,

I also encountered this problem. Have you found the way to solve it?

Thanks.

Hi @mfoll,

I would like to know if you have any idea what happened here. My dataset is not as big as @YYY666-wang which is only 80k loci. When I used Bayescan 2.1 on another dataset which is ~50k, I didn't get this error.
