Save to Dokuwiki without exiting Etherpad #7

It would be nice if we could save to Dokuwiki without having to exit Etherpad.

Sometimes we want to save what we've created so far.
Exiting EP is disruptive to the group.

It would be nice if there was a button that would "checkpoint to Dokuwiki".

The issue about this is that the pad is currently liked to a specific revision of the dokuwiki page, so this would need some more steps to acutally implement. Otherwise I totally agree, patches welcome.
