Add a dry-run option

There is no way to see what the Action would do/output until you run the deploy job. This might cause unexpected results or would need a test run to ensure that the output is correct.

I would like to add a dry-run feature where the Action will do the same things (build, etc) like during publishing but without direct publishing to cocoapods.
