Is there a function that can be selected in 15 minute increments when selecting the time in Input.time?

I have created an adaptive card that accepts time input from the user.
However, I think it would be a hassle for the user to let the user enter in 1 minute increments.
Therefore, I thought it would be convenient if there was a function that could select the time in 15-minute units in the Input.Time part.
I did a lot of research and couldn't find a way to implement it.

Does the adaptive card have a function that allows you to select the time in 15-minute increments?
If you know any of them, please teach me.
