Unable to configure QuickPulse module as its not added to DI

Repro Steps

Instructions here cannot be used to control QuickPulse behaviour.

QPModule is not added to DI and hence not configured the same way as other modules. This means removal or modification is not possible. (The only option is via ApplicationInsightsServiceOptions to turn off/on).
