Feature Request

During build time, internally, we need to use Azure Artifacts to load all packages.

We need to add a simple script to rebase all resolve fields in package-lock.json to point to our internal Azure Artifacts (with upstream redirection).

Also, the packages/playground/host/package.json is not used and should be removed.
