The cmdlets to deal with this resource in Graph are {New,Get,Update}-MgDeviceManagementIntent{Setting} and are currently already used in resource MSFT_IntuneASRRulesPolicyWindows10

Old but not forgotten. Microsoft switched all Firewall policies in the Endoint security --> Firewall blade to the Settings Catalog. Implementation is ongoing by my side. Stay tuned.
