Microsoft PowerToys version

0.35.0

Running as admin

No

Area(s) with issue?

PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

Open PowerTools Run and attempt to run "wt" (or even "wt.exe"). No available target is located. Resulting offerings will likely vary, but I get the Weather packaged application for "wt" and Open in browser for "wt.exe".

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to run all targets via name that I'm able to via the standard Windows run dialog, expecting that the PowerToys Run options are a strict superset of the Windows run.

❌ Actual Behavior

I'm unable to run "wt" via PowerToys Run in order to launch Windows Terminal. I'd expect it to launch "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.6.10571.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\wt.exe" as the Windows run dialog does since it is in my PATH.

I'd like to replace the standard Windows run dialog with PowerToys Run by assigning the Win+R shortcut key to PowerToys Run. However, I'm currently unable to do so because of the frequency and muscle memory of launching Windows Terminal through the "wt" name.

What plugins do you have on. Mine does come up but lists it as "Run command".

This could be related to #10210

I have the following plugin configuration:
Enabled:
Calculator, Folder, Program, Shell, URI Handler, Window Walker, Windows System Commands
Disabled:
Windows Search, Registry, Service, and Visual Studio Code Workspaces

I also tried enabling all plugins with no change in behavior for this issue.

I confirmed that I do have the same behavior as #10210, specifically with msedge.exe and winword.exe, so it definitely appears likely that wt.exe is another case for that same issue.
