Provide a description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently, you can only move back and forth between the viral desktops.
The same goes for moving windows.
We really need customizable hotkeys to switch to a virtual desktop with a specific number, as well as to move a window to a virtual desktop with a specific number.

Feels like #19, #16 would be the tracking items for this.
