Getting an error of:
C:\Users\crutkas\Source\Repos\PtMain\installer\PowerToysSetup\PowerToysSetup.wixproj : error : The value "" of the "Project" attribute in element <Import> is invalid. C:\Users\crutkas\Source\Repos\PtMain\installer\PowerToysSetup\PowerToysSetup.wixproj

this blocks from creating a MSIX or MSI

Changing the title since PowerToysSetup.wixproj is only used for MSI, not for MSIX.

reading https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/tree/master/installer, it is unclear then what i need to do to build the MSIX. Adjusted based on this then with the open PR

Closing this as won't fix since we won't support MSI anymore.
